Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain planning, logistics, or operations management (MS: 4+ yrs; PhD: 2+ yrs)
• Proficiency with advanced analytics and optimization techniques
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and standardized reports
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable strategies
• Experience presenting to executives and aligning win/win strategies
• Proficiency in Mandarin (written/verbal)

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage complex supply chain links, ensuring smooth schedules, materials, forecasts, build plans, and capacity.
• Collaborate with IPG, IFS, Planning and supplier development teams for standard and custom solutions.
• Apply analytics and optimization to uncover data patterns and drive cost-efficient strategies.
• Create and maintain data structures and standardized reporting systems aligned with supply chain strategy.
• Establish and manage databases, dashboards, and reports to track performance and identify improvements.
• Proactively manage supply disruption events and communicate adjustments to stakeholders while aligning with customer demand priorities.
