Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Global Service Line FP&A to advise Service Line CFOs and senior leaders. You will bridge financial analysis, performance insights and strategic planning to drive key business decisions.

In this role you will guide planning, forecasting, budgeting and management reporting, translating data into actionable leadership narratives while collaborating across regions and functions to enhance reporting quality and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline, preferably with a professional qualification.
• At least 10 years of FP&A, business analysis, or finance partnering experience in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, planning, forecasting and management reporting.
• Proven ability to deliver insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance adviser for Service Line leaders, linking financial results to performance drivers.
• Provide analysis, modelling and actionable recommendations for planning and decision-making.
• Deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting and insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning with robust financial plans.
• Prepare leadership updates and executive presentations with clear narratives.
• Collaborate across Finance, Data Analytics and other teams to improve reporting quality and usability.
