Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking an Industrialization Project Lead to own and drive industrialization and transfer projects across the International Production Network. You will ensure that final test processes are ready on time, on quality, and aligned with product development milestones.

You will connect product development with global manufacturing sites, leading cross- functional teams and managing risk while facilitating key workshops to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven project management experience with timelines, work packages and risk management.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with structured working style.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for cross-functional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive industrialization and transfer projects within the International Production Network (IPN).
• Ensure final test readiness in Semiconductor Backend according to milestones.
• Act as the key interface between product development teams and international plant locations.
• Establish and manage structured project plans including timelines, work packages and risk management.
• Build and lead cross-functional industrialization teams (technical, logistics, operations, etc.).
• Define and align requirements for final test processes and material flow in production plants.
• Facilitate workshops and moderate cross-functional meetings to ensure progress.
