Responsible for and direct the 24x7 operations of the Operations Centre operations.
Manage, develop, administer, and review the Operations Centre’s processes and procedures.
Work with the clients, management and stakeholders to develop and maintain plans, procedures, and other documentation as required.
Maintain operational performance, morale and discipline of the Operations Centre team.
Set standards, performance matrix and guidelines for the Operations Centre with the objective of driving operational excellence.
Train and develop the competencies as part of the Operations Centre team.
Monitor, coordinate, track, respond and manage security events and incidents according to prescribed procedures and processes, and provide real-time situation awareness to key stakeholder(s).
Fulfil Client's audit and internal audit requirements.
Oversee the management of the escalation of events and incidents.
Collect, process, analyse and assess data and statistics for decision making.
Prepare and submit reports required by the Management.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
