You will coordinate with local and overseas teams, support glove-related sales, and contribute to market insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates and 1–2 years of experience welcome.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, results-driven, adaptable to change with good interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with sense of urgency and responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Handle all customer communications to maintain strong rapport locally and overseas.
• Support new and existing customers in new product development (condoms and non-condoms).
• Ensure development projects are monitored through regular communication with suppliers, production and customers.
• Identify customer challenges and provide creative solutions to maximize sales and development opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on customer trends, market landscape and competitors.
• Assist in developing new condom and non-condom products to support expansion and cross-selling.
• Provide data/reports/dashboards/presentations to management.
