Job summary

The Access Group is seeking a Project Coordinator Intern to assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating initiatives within the Global Operations Centre. You will gain exposure to project governance, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder coordination in a global SaaS environment.

You will support the Managing Director – GOC APAC and leadership teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives, maintain documentation, and facilitate cross-team communication across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tool.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced global SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Project tracking: assist with scheduling, progress tracking, milestone updates.
• Risk & action management: maintain risk registers, action logs, follow-ups.
• Stakeholder coordination: communicate with cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Status reporting: prepare weekly/monthly project status reports and dashboards.
• Documentation: maintain project plans and meeting minutes.
