Job summary

Cochlear Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Regulatory Operations Manager - Projects to lead day-to-day coordination and delivery oversight of the Regulatory Operations PM team.

You will mentor Project Managers and Coordinators, driving delivery excellence across Regulatory, Content Development, Localisation and Quality, while partnering with global stakeholders to ensure compliant, on-time project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience leading project delivery in regulated industries.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead project teams.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working in global or matrix organisations.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational guidance to the Kuala Lumpur PM team.
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of Regulatory Operations projects.
• Coordinate activities across Regulatory, Content Development, Localisation, Quality and vendors.
• Maintain project status visibility, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery capability.
