Job summary

Cochlear in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Regulatory Operations Manager - Projects to lead day-to-day coordination, operational support, and delivery oversight of the Kuala Lumpur Regulatory Operations Project Management team.

Qualifications

8+ years leading project delivery in regulated industries.
Experience mentoring project teams and cross-functional coordination.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day coordination and delivery oversight of the Kuala Lumpur Regulatory Operations Project Management team.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate activities across Regulatory, Content Development, Localisation, Quality, Operations, vendors, regional teams.
Monitor progress, manage risks, ensure quality, compliance and readiness.
Maintain visibility of status, actions, decisions, risks, and commitments.
