Job summary

INTRETECH (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. 盈趣科技（马来西亚）有限公司 is seeking a Production Assistant to support daily, weekly, and monthly production scheduling, coordinate with procurement for raw materials, and monitor inventory to sustain production flow.

You will work with quality, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve bottlenecks, analyze forecasts, and generate reports, while applying strong Excel, ERP/MRP knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Machinery & Automation 1,001-5,000 employees.
