Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 6–8 years of management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Production Control, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience, leading global or multi-site operations in a matrixed environment
• APICS Certifications
• Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and execution
• Demonstrated ability to influence, drive change, and deliver operational improvements

Responsibilities

• Develop Global Vision & Standards: Develop and deploy Production Control strategy, processes, and best-known methods across all sites
• Drive Matrix Alignment: Influence and align site-based teams globally; ensure adoption of standards without direct authority
• Deliver Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve scheduling accuracy, cycle time, and execution predictability
• Enable Scalable Execution: Develop tools, metrics, and governance to drive consistency and performance across the network
• Build Capability: Strengthen organizational capability through coaching, development frameworks, and knowledge sharing
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Order Execution, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end alignment

The impact you’ll make

The Global Production Control Manager serves as the global functional owner for Production Control across the factory network. This role provides matrix leadership to site-based teams, driving alignment, standardization, and continuous improvement in production planning and execution.

This role is pivotal to transforming Production Control into a globally consistent, scalable capability that enables Order Execution excellence. By driving standardization, improving execution discipline, and strengthening capability, the Global Production Control Manager ensures the organization can meet customer demand with speed, quality, and predictability.

What you’ll do

Who we’re looking for
