Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Product Safety and Certification Engineer to lead safety design and testing activities for products, ensuring compliance with global standards. The role involves collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal teams to achieve on-time, cost-effective safety certifications.

Candidate should have 5+ years in safety testing or multinational certification, and familiarity with IEC/UL/CE certifications and related testing methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Safety test, design, or multinational certification.
• Fluent in English; CET-4 level noted.

Responsibilities

• Safety design and testing leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers and suppliers to ensure safety and certification.
• Guide during product design: safety risk assessment, schematic/layout review, and lessons learned.
