Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, or semiconductor related engineering disciplines (MBA or PhD preferred).
• Product and account management experience in a matrix organization.
• 5–10 years experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales organization in regards to all technical & operational aspects.
• Drives corporate strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.
• Monitors profitability of existing customer products and derives measures to sustain/increase profitability.
• Manages customization and industrialization projects and technical customer documentation (manuals, data sheets) per European machinery directive.
• Coordinates customer visits, audits and requirements across VAT group units for engineering/operational integration.
• Supervises changes to supply chain, manufacturing and assembly processes and prepares customer documentation for changes.
