Cigna Healthcare seeks a Clinical Program Advisor to develop, implement, and optimize international pharmacy programs under the Head of Global Pharmacy. You’ll translate strategy into scalable programs and governance across clinical, product, operations, market enablement, finance, analytics, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with a pharmacy degree and licensure.
• Strong understanding of utilization management and specialty pharmacy.
• Experience designing pharmacy benefits and managing medication costs.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to interpret trends.

Responsibilities

• Support optimization of U.S. pharmacy products and services for international members, including design opportunities and affordability levers.
• Identify high-value pharmacy interventions supporting clinical programs and total cost of care initiatives.
• Provide pharmacy SME support for market strategy, product implementation, and affordability opportunities.
• Collaborate with medical directors, care management, product, finance, analytics, and external partners to run programs.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, KPI frameworks, and governance materials for initiatives.
• Assist with pricing, reimbursement, partner management, and cost-containment opportunities with TPAs and providers.
• Track savings, clinical outcomes, and program performance; propose improvements based on data.
