Job summary

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Program Advisor to lead the development, implementation, and scaling of pharmacy programs across international markets. You will partner with clinical, product, operations, finance, and external partners to drive affordability, governance, and measurable outcomes.

You will translate pharmacy strategy into scalable programs, lead governance routines, and deliver ROI analyses, KPI frameworks, and executive updates.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist or eligible for licensure in local market.
• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy utilization management and clinical program development.

Responsibilities

• Support optimization of U.S. pharmacy products for international members, including design opportunities and affordability levers.
• Identify high-value pharmacy interventions to support clinical programs and total cost of care initiatives.
• Provide SME support for market strategy, product implementation, and affordability opportunities.
• Collaborate with medical directors, care management, operations, analytics, and vendor teams to execute programs.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, KPI frameworks, governance materials, and executive updates.
• Support pricing, reimbursement, partner management, and cost-containment opportunities with TPAs and providers.
• Track savings, outcomes, and program performance; recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
• Coordinate governance forums and leadership updates to keep initiatives on track.
