Job summary

NEXT Ventures seeks a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to drive global performance management, OKR operations, and talent differentiation programs. You will partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and Total Rewards to deliver data-driven insights, calibration, and accountable performance cycles across our international teams.

You will ensure fairness, consistency, and operational rigor in performance decisions, while supporting governance and governance across regions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on exposure to performance management or talent analytics.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS or performance management platforms (HiBob, Workday, Lattice, 15Five).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach across regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end performance review cycle across teams and geographies, ensuring consistent goal setting, progress checks, reviews and calibration.
• Monitor completion and compliance, escalating gaps and risks where required.
• Continuously improve the performance framework, processes, and employee experience based on feedback, business needs, and data insights.
• Drive adoption of a continuous performance and accountability culture across the organisation.
• Partner with leadership to ensure scalable, fair, and objective performance practices aligned with company objectives.
• Support leaders in setting and cascading OKRs and quarterly goals across departments.
• Coach stakeholders on writing meaningful, measurable, outcome-driven goals and maintain a library of best practices by function and level.
• Maintain performance data integrity within the HRIS and reporting systems; provide insights for improvements.
