Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Commodity Management Specialist / Advisor (PCB Sourcing) to lead global PCB strategy, drive cost reductions, and manage supplier relationships. You will own PCB sourcing across rigid, flex, rigid-flex, HDI, and specialty PCBs, partnering with engineering for design-for-manufacturing and NPI efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years PCB sourcing/procurement experience in EMS/ODM environments
• Experience managing PCB spend of USD 50M+ annually (preferred)
• Knowledge of IPC standards IPC-6012/6013/IPC-A-600

Responsibilities

• Lead PCB commodity strategy across global/regional supply base
• Own PCB sourcing including rigid, flex, rigid-flex, HDI, and specialty PCBs
• Drive BOM cost reduction through panel optimization, DFM, and supplier consolidation
• Perform should-cost analysis and cost modeling for PCB RFQs during NPI and production
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, tooling costs, NRE, and payment terms
• Build and manage qualified PCB supplier network in Asia and North America
• Collaborate with engineering on PCB design reviews and DFM recommendations
• Drive KPI improvements: OTD, quality, cost competitiveness, responsiveness
• Establish dual/multi-source strategies for critical PCB types
• Travel to supplier sites as required
