Summary

Manage HR Core Data Archival and HR Core Decommission Projects. Develop and implement P&O processes aligned with global strategy to support a dedicated client group.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Drive HR Core Data Archival and HR Core Decommission Projects.
  • Serve as the Point of Contact for countries for HR Core decommissioning readiness.
  • Ensure operational execution of P&O services and strategic goals within a client group.
  • Coordinate processes and standards for P&O services, collaborating with Practice Networks and IT.
  • Support process assessments, improvements, and business value delivery.
  • Conduct cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity.
  • Analyze and present key data; provide insights and advice.
  • Support coaching on P&O processes and participate in budget and SLA discussions.
  • Lead or participate in P&O projects at country or business unit level.
  • Report technical complaints and adverse events related to Novartis products within 24 hours.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in System Life Cycle.
  • Proficient in reporting and Excel.
  • Strong collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, proactive, resourceful.
