What you'll do:

  • Provide essential Global Operations support and CW1 monitoring for job file management, optimizing end-to-end profit.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze reason codes, and ensure compliance.
  • Measure POD (Proof of Delivery) and POD date timeliness and milestone measurement.
  • Proactively resolve queries and disputes with branches and countries/regions worldwide.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with our global branches and senior management, taking initiative to overcome challenges and meet urgent deadlines and special requests.
  • Effectively plan and manage your workload, collaborating within a high-functioning team to coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Provide support to our External Global Billing Coordinator during peak periods and as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • Years of experience: This is an ideal opportunity for a fresh graduate in Logistics or Supply Chain, or individuals with customer service experience looking to transition into a new field.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills are a must.
  • Value-add: Experience with Power BI is a good advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proven ability to be a fast learner and adapt quickly to new challenges.
