As part of ongoing global expansion, we are seeking a visionary Global Operations Director to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and sustainable growth across all overseas plants.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute operational strategies for international manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and market trends.
• Operational Excellence: Develop and enhance production management systems, introducing best-in-class methodologies such as Lean and Smart Manufacturing to achieve efficiency, standardization, and digitalization.
• Production Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of production activities across global factories, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
• Team Development: Build, inspire, and manage high-performing, cross-cultural teams. Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and incentive programs to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D, Sales, Procurement, and other key functions to resolve challenges and ensure seamless operations.
• Innovation & Improvement: Monitor industry trends and technological advancements, driving continuous improvement and innovation in production processes and technologies.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in workplace safety and employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in production management within manufacturing for data center-related products or adjacent sectors, including at least 5 years in overseas factory leadership.
• Deep expertise in production processes, technologies, and management tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Proven track record in production planning, process optimization, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership, cross-cultural communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strategic thinker with strong decision-making abilities and a passion for driving results in a global context.

Travel will be required for this role.
