Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a related field (Business, Accounting, Finance).
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in global mobility or international tax.
• Nil certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file tax returns for globally mobile employees.
• Provide specialized tax advisory on planning, withholding, and social contributions.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure accurate payroll tax reporting.
• Advise on assignment structures, tax treaties, and tax-efficient compensation.
• Educate employees on tax obligations and implications of international assignments.
• Analyze compensation and payroll data to calculate tax liabilities and opportunities.
• Prepare supporting applications to enhance employees’ tax positions.
• Maintain audit-ready tax records and documentation.
• Stay updated on international tax laws and market developments.
• Prepare tax reports for management, auditors, and authorities.
• Research country-specific tax issues across jurisdictions.
• Act as primary contact for clients on business traveler tax compliance.
• Provide regular status updates and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage engagements financially, including billing and KPI tracking.
• Support global mobility tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing client base.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Tax SMEs to deliver integrated solutions.
