  • Lead end‑to‑end international assignments, guaranteeing adherence to tax, immigration, and corporate requirements.
  • Act as the Single Point of Engagement for senior or sophisticated moves, including multi‑jurisdictional tax cases.
  • Lead and develop a team of Global Mobility Service Partners, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective mobility planning, service delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Handle critical issues, ensure consistent policy application, and work with Legal, Tax, and Compliance to mitigate risks.
  • Benchmark and calibrate expatriate benefits, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and support budgeting processes.
  • Lead or support global projects, drive process improvements, and improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of involvement in a cross‑border mobility position at a multinational enterprise or consulting firm.
  • Proven experience leading teams, with strong coaching and development capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of expatriate tax, social security, immigration, and relocation processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on in complex environments.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations across time zones and high‑pressure settings.
  • University degree, fluent in English (written and oral), proficient in Microsoft Office; Equus Platform experience is a plus.
Benefits

• Market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility).
• Diverse health plans, initiatives for work‑life balance, transportation support, flexible holiday plan with additional incentives.
