Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior MEP leader to drive project plans and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing and data center projects. You will oversee design development, ensure compliance with standards, and guide MMICE systems integration while managing changes and commissioning activities.

The role requires deep MEP expertise, 10 years in relevant sectors, and fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10 years in MEP with large-scale manufacturing or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including design principles and construction methods.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop MEP project plans aligned with overall goals and timelines.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones.
• Oversee MEP design development and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide expert guidance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure integration of MEP with CSA systems.
• Enforce quality assurance through audits and reviews.
• Manage design changes and assess project impacts.
• Identify and mitigate MEP-related risks.
• Act as main contact for MEP coordination and communication.
• Plan and implement commissioning for all MEP systems.
• Train client teams on MEP system operation and maintenance.
• Ensure smooth final handover of fully operational MEP systems.
