With our guidance and support, trainees are expected to grow and progress to managerial positions in Financial Markets business segment.
Our comprehensive Integrated Development Programme designed to cultivate the next generation of financial Global Markets industry leaders.
The programme composes of three stages:
6 months in Malaysia for Cultural & Industry Knowledge
In the first 6 months of employment, you will be assigned to work in the local institution to understand the local banking industry and corporate culture, so as to build a solid foundation for future growth.
12 months in Hong Kong Headquarters for In-depth Learning
You will be offered a valuable opportunity to work in Hong Kong headquarters for 12 months. The challenging business environment can deepen your understanding of the mature financial markets and the business of headquarters.
Rest of programme back to Malaysia for Placement & Practice
You will return to the local institution for placement and on-the-job training.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder with at least second upper honors, or Master's degree or above educational qualification
Less than 3 years of work experience
Proficient in English, ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage
Self-motivated, passionate, responsible and strong team spirit
Excellent organizational competence, strong learning ability and communication skill, potential for growth
