Job summary

N7 Global Group is seeking a Marketing Executive (Mid to Senior) to support brand growth across digital and offline channels in Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. This role will coordinate campaigns, manage events, and help shape strategies to connect with beauty consumers and elevate brand presence.

You will work with the Marketing Manager to develop materials, ensure timely content across platforms, and maintain consistent branding while supporting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Requirement: Diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven marketing experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and objectives.
• Develop impactful marketing materials with the Marketing Manager and team.
• Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of promotional content across platforms.
• Oversee content creation for social media, website, and email marketing.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries on digital platforms.
• Coordinate product launches, pop-up events, exhibitions and promotions.
• Prepare documentation for event approvals and ensure smooth execution.
• Manage production and distribution of promotional assets (brochures, displays, signage, digital content).
• Collaborate with design teams for compelling event themes and visuals.
• Maintain up-to-date branding across marketing touchpoints.
• Assist in campaigns that support sales targets and customer acquisition.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare monthly/quarterly reports with insights.
• Maintain promotional budgets and expenses.
