Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Malaysia to manage import/export, customs clearance, warehousing and transport, ensuring KPIs and regulatory compliance for Atotech Malaysia.

You will coordinate with Sales, CS team and Planners, oversee 3PL performance, drive cost-saving initiatives, and act as a local representative for government and customs matters, including Singapore backup. Strong knowledge of SAP logistics and English communication are required, with a bachelor’s

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.

Manage import/export, customs clearance, warehouse, and transport operations to meet KPIs.
Monitor 3PL vendors invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance (IMDG, IATA, road transport, customs, licenses).
Initiate cost saving programs such as route optimization and shipment consolidation.
Coordinate with government officials for import/export compliance.
Back up Logistics Ops in Singapore.
Travel up to 10% of time.
Share best practices across region and globally.
Conduct stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
