Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse and logistics strategy and operations across the Singapore and Malaysia sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Chair the Global Warehouse Council, driving strategic alignment, governance, and sharing of best practices across regional warehouse operations.
• Standardize warehouse processes across Asia, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement in efficiency and scalability.
• Establish regional operating procedures, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
• Develop forward-looking warehouse and logistics plans to support expansion and capacity growth.
• Collaborate with 3PL providers to optimize warehousing, transportation, and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Manage relationships and performance of logistics service providers to ensure high service levels and cost competitiveness.

This role is responsible for optimizing warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and 3PL performance while leading regional standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse and logistics strategy and operations across the Singapore and Malaysia sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Chair the Global Warehouse Council, driving strategic alignment, governance, and the sharing of best practices across regional warehouse operations.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to standardize warehouse processes across Asia, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
• Establish regional warehouse operating procedures, KPIs, and performance management frameworks to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop forward-looking warehouse and logistics plans to support business expansion, capacity growth, and operational requirements.
• Translate business objectives into strategic warehouse and logistics initiatives, including working closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize warehousing, transportation, and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Manage relationships and performance of logistics service providers to ensure high service levels, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership in resolving warehouse and logistics operational challenges through effective problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 15 years of experience in warehouse and logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 6 years of leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with the capability to drive strategic and operational improvements.
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse optimization, inventory management, logistics operations, and 3PL management.
• Proven ability to lead change, implement best practices, and drive operational excellence across multiple sites.
