WD is seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage end-to-end daily logistics, warehouse and shipping operations for Raw Materials, Finished Goods Inventory, and Non-FG materials in Penang, Malaysia. You will ensure compliance with FIZ/LMW and international customs, drive process improvements, and support audits.

Responsibilities include customs documentation, liaison with 3PLs and internal teams, and maintaining inventory accuracy across storage locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
3–5 years in logistics, shipping ops, or supply chain preferred.
Experience with customs compliance, import/export procedures, and regulatory reporting preferred.

Responsabilités

Execute FGI and Non-FG shipments ensuring on-time delivery.
Manage end-to-end materials store operations and inventory control.
Oversee bonded warehouse management and space utilization.
Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and 3PL providers to avoid disruptions.
Prepare and submit customs documentation and regulatory reports.
Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts.
Conduct KPI reviews and assist in cost-control initiatives.
Support audits and drive process improvements.
