Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Malaysia is seeking a proactive sales professional to promote and sell warehouse automation products across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, as well as Japan, Korea, and Russia. The role targets market expansion with plans to build domestic and overseas teams.

You will conduct market analysis, identify new customers, visit clients, and leverage media and exhibitions to generate opportunities while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in logistics automation or AGV-related industries.
• Experience promoting warehouse automation equipment (AGV, AS/RS, conveyors) and familiarity with warehouse operations and WMS systems.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and pain points.
• Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills; strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Overseas market experience preferred; Fluency in Mandarin or English is a plus.
• Open to overseas assignments in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s warehouse automation products in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand), Japan/Korea, and Russia; develop and execute sales plans to hit targets.
• Conduct market analysis to understand target regions, customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends; support product optimization and market strategy.
• Identify and develop new customers, conduct client visits, and utilize media, online platforms, and exhibitions to generate sales opportunities while building relationships.
• Build domestic and overseas localized teams in 2025; experience in footwear & apparel, cross-border e-commerce, retail chains, or manufacturing/electronics expansion is preferred.
