Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple outsourced LED contract manufacturing partners.
• Lead cross-functional CM team to monitor performance across sites.
• Oversee product transfers and site qualification efforts.
• Drive supplier performance via KPIs, scorecards and reviews.
• Advance operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with planning and procurement on demand and capacity.
