Job description

To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our Plasma Control Technologies division at the Penang site as a Global Learning Specialist.

We work with X-ray and radio-frequency technology, contributing to safer, more efficient, and sustainable production, mobility, and communication.

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components for precise plasma process control used in memory chips, touch screens, sensors, smartphones, and tablets.

What You Will Do

• Train and support users and content creators. Design and deliver global digital and blended learning programs.
• Track mandatory training and follow up on completion.
• Coordinate in-house programs like Ascent and Elevate by handling logistics and communication.
• Promote learning programs through internal communication and storytelling.
• Work with HRIS and IT teams to ensure the e-learning platform runs smoothly and stays up to date.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree.
• High IT affinity (MS Office, learning management systems).
• Experience with modern digital learning tools.
• Some knowledge of designing or organizing learning materials is a plus.
• Project and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English.
