Swarovski in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Buyer/Buyer to join our global team. You will manage purchasing activities within value limits, select suppliers, negotiate terms, and track quotes to support business needs.

This role requires collaboration with the local country organization and cross-functional partners. You will contribute to process improvements, maintain market knowledge, and ensure purchase orders are created accurately while upholding corporate procurement policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Business Administration or similar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Purchase orders creation and tracking.
• Select suppliers from defined pool and negotiate terms.
• Solicit and review vendor quotes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies.
