Based in Malaysia, the role drives IT strategy, infrastructure, enterprise applications, manufacturing technology and governance.

Key responsibilities include leading global IT strategy, operations, vendor management and budgeting while coordinating with senior management and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Proven track record across multiple sites, countries or business units.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or other operational environments.
• Strong knowledge across IT operations, infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• Experience managing IT vendors, outsourcing and contracts.
• Experience budgeting and driving cost efficiency.
• Exposure to IT transformation, governance, risk and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global IT strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Oversee IT operations including infrastructure, networks, cloud and service delivery.
• Lead enterprise applications supporting business and manufacturing operations.
• Drive IT transformation and major projects.
• Manage IT vendors, outsourcing partners, contracts and SLAs.
• Own IT budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization.
• Provide IT leadership for integrations, separations and organisational change.
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed IT team with external partners.
• Act as a technology partner to senior management and stakeholders.
