Job summary

Moomoo MY is seeking an experienced IT Auditor in Kuala Lumpur to join our finance and tech teams. You will conduct ITGC audits, information security reviews, and cross-border audits across the Group and Malaysia, identifying risks and recommending remediation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years in IT audit, with Big 4 or financial services experience preferred. Mandarin is a plus; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of IT audit, IT governance, technology risk, or related areas.
• Experience in global IT audit projects across multiple countries/regions is an advantage.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience is preferred.
• Experience in banking, capital markets, securities, or financial services industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITGC methodologies and control testing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT audits, information security audits, and basic compliance audits across the Group and Malaysia.
• Conduct IT General Controls (ITGC) audits covering access controls, user access management, system changes, application development, IT operations, and data backup.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness, identify risks, and provide remediation recommendations.
• Conduct interview, walkthroughs, test work, and audit working papers.
• Assist in reviewing information security, cybersecurity, data security, business continuity, and third-party technology risks.
• Follow up on audit findings and remediation progress and validate remediation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with R&D, IT operations, information security, compliance, and business teams to coordinate audits and project documentation.
• Help enhance Group IT audit procedures, checklists, and tools.
