Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's Data Center Inventory Control Management team seeks an IC4 Technical Program Manager to lead global build projects, focusing on material deployment, inventory governance, and 3PL oversight. • Large-scale, cross-functional program management with measurable outcomes.
• Strong inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and audit experience.
• Experience overseeing third‑party logistics providers and SLA governance.
• Ability to interpret inventory data and drive improvements across deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory tracking and deployment across builds.
• Oversee 3PL operations ensuring compliance with SLAs and governance.
• Partner with construction, engineering, and operations teams on material readiness.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, lead times, and risk mitigation actions.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are captured in Oracle systems and audit-ready.
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation to protect build timelines.
• Engage stakeholders and provide regular updates to global leadership.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process standardisation.
• Enforce global inventory policies while adapting to regional realities.
