About The Role
As a Global Infrastructure Manager in our brand new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to play a role in designing and guarding the standards of the global infrastructure of Hyva. To enable your success you have a great in-depth architecture experience and knowledge of security, networking, virtualization, cloud (Azure) and Windows servers.
In your role you’ll manage the standards and the infrastructure in the +/- 50 locations and 3 data centres.
You will lead a team of Infrastructure Specialists in Kuala Lumpur who work on worldwide projects and you’ll be collaborating with the regional teams in the Netherlands, India, Brazil, and China.
With your knowledge you will be responsible for some high-level projects like an infrastructure revamp and backup strategy with DRP, Data Centre Relocation, and number of services into the cloud.
You’ll work with the CIO and the Manager Global IT Operations on prioritization of projects.

In this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business including our Global functions teams in Netherlands & other parts of the world.
Our Regional Hub supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.
You will be joining a newly formed Shared Services Centre team, with opportunities to grow, within Global Infrastructure or wider IT functions.
