UNDP Global Shared Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Recruitment Associate on a 1 year contract with extension potential. You will support HR strategy implementation, ensure policy compliance, and assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including screening, interviews and onboarding.

The role emphasizes accuracy, transparency and client-oriented service delivery within UNDP HR operations.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
• Ensure compliance of records and reports with UN rules and HR policies.
• Provide guidance on corporate HR strategies and changes in rules and regulations.
• Assist in SOP content development for HR management in consultation with supervisor.
• Assist in recruitment processes including job descriptions, screening, interviews and onboarding.
