Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Malaysia invites applications for a leadership role to guide the GHWE KL team, steering NPI/NTI test hardware programs from concept to on-time delivery. You will manage hardware suppliers, drive risk management, cost control, and collaborate with BL, GNTC, Procurement, Quality, and manufacturing sites to deploy FTK projects.

Qualifications

Experience with test hardware development lifecycle.
Proven ability to lead hardware projects with suppliers.
Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with NPI/NTI processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the GHWE KL team.
Manage NPI/NTI Test Hardware projects and ensure on-time delivery.
Drive project execution, risk management, and issue resolution.
Manage hardware suppliers and monitor schedule, quality, cost, and performance.
Lead supplier selection and sourcing activities.
Coordinate with BL, GNTC, Procurement, Quality, and manufacturing sites.
Oversee FTK (Full Turnkey) project deployment and execution.
Ensure compliance with GHWE processes, HRS, and ARAS.
Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and process optimization.
Provide project status updates and support management escalations when required.
