Job summary

Air Liquide Global Export Materials (ALGEM) in Malaysia leads international logistics for Air Liquide affiliates in APAC, handling AGLEM tools, NAVAL and GIDEONS for shipments. The role covers import/export operations, documentation, and compliance across Asia-Pacific with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The candidate should be organized, proficient in English, with 3+ years in logistics/SCM in gas or chemical industries; Mandarin is a plus and IMDG/CPIM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or International Trade required.
• 3+ years of logistics/SCM experience in gas/chemicals or freight forwarding.
• Experience with Dangerous Goods and freight forwarding; IMDG preferred.
• Fluent English communication; Mandarin proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export shipments with Gas and Non-DG suppliers.
• Monitor shipments using ALGEM tools and reports on a daily basis.
• Organize shipments (empty/full) ensuring continuity of supply.
• Ensure customs clearance and provide required shipping documents to AL Affiliates.
