Qualifications

• 7–10 years of FP&A/finance experience in a global or regional role.
• Experience in an MNC with regional/global stakeholders.
• Strong English, with presentation and communication skills.
• Stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Owns the role end-to-end as a sole contributor.
• Analytical, modelling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in shipping or asset-intensive industries a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecast and long-term planning globally.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand drivers and provide insights.
• Challenge assumptions to ensure targets are realistic and sustainable.
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases.
• Present performance, forecasts and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive improvements across FP&A processes, reporting and tools.
• Act as a key finance partner across regions and stakeholders.
