Job summary

International SOS (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Financial Control Manager to lead financial control and reporting for its legal entities. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory and tax compliance, cash flow management and governance across the group.

Qualifications

Must have a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent).
Post-qualification experience of at least 3 years, preferably in a multinational environment.
Experience leading a finance, accounting or financial control function.

Responsibilities

Lead all financial control activities for the legal entities under your responsibility, covering both management and statutory reporting.
Prepare monthly management accounts and annual consolidation reporting packs.
Oversee statutory financial statements, tax and regulatory returns including VAT and payroll submissions.
Manage transfer pricing documentation and corporate governance requirements.
Collaborate with banks, auditors, tax consultants and shared services to ensure compliance and policy adherence.
Oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting and foreign exchange hedging to optimise liquidity.
