Job summary

FedEx Malaysia is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to lead global processes and digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.

This role requires strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in SQL, Power BI, and automation. You will support Finance, Payments, and Business Performance in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and solution evaluation.
• Experience supporting Finance, Payments, Business Performance, or Financial Services domains is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or project management certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analytics/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and business performance.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for system solutions and enhancements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project teams to manage project delivery, stakeholder expectations, risks, and outcomes.
• Perform data analysis and develop insights using analytics and reporting tools to support business decisions and process optimization.
• Develop process documentation, workflows, and business requirements to support successful project implementation.
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital transformation tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business processes.
• Manage project activities including planning, execution, communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams across Finance, Business Operations, and Technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
