Job Description:
This role is for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Business Analyst specializing in process improvements and project management to join our dynamic Global Employee Services team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing HR processes and projects that enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and align with the strategic goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure process changes are effectively communicated and adopted.
- Project Management: Lead and manage internal projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR leaders and business units to understand business needs and translate them into actionable process improvements.
- Change Management: Provide training and support to HR staff and other stakeholders on new processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on HR process improvements and project involvement.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is desired.
- Project management skills, with experience in participating or leading projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in automation or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
