Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, governance, or corporate functions.
• Directorship or senior management experience in a fast-scaling global matrix organisation.
• Experience leading multi-functional administrative and enablement teams (GRC, finance, resource management).

Responsibilities

• Lead global enablement functions: Governance, Risk & Compliance, Operations Finance, Capacity Management, and Sustainability.
• Drive regulatory compliance and ESG initiatives across territories and ensure smooth onboarding of new markets.
• Establish and govern the global rhythm of business with cross-regional reviews and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee end-to-end OpEx and CapEx planning in close collaboration with Operations Finance.
