Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher inMechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 10+ years of strategic and operational sourcing experience in global settings.
• Proven global sourcing, supplier development and cost management experience.
• Strong analytical and risk-based problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Experience in a global, complex manufacturing or technology-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for Direct Materials (Machining, Treatment, E&E Parts).
• Own global category management, supplier performance, and capacity planning.
• Establish sustainable, regulatory-compliant supply base and standardized processes.
• Deliver recurring cost savings and manage supplier relationships and development.
• Provide strategic guidance on market trends, technology, and risk, aligning with growth objectives.
