Job summary

You will lead end-to-end planning, S&OP, and dynamic inventory strategies across global hubs, using ERP (SAP) and advanced analytics to drive forecast accuracy and financial targets. Strong collaboration and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Data Science with a heavy emphasis on Operations Research.
• 5+ years in a high-volume global SCM environment with proven inventory turns improvements.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end production plans aligned with demand, inventory and capacity.
• Lead the monthly End-to-End S&OP process and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Implement dynamic inventory strategies using data-driven insights.
• Track KPIs such as OTD, ITO, and inventory turnover; identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, production and supply chain teams; communicate status clearly.
