Luxoft Malaysia is hiring a Software Engineer to join a newly established technology centre in Kuala Lumpur, supporting a leading Asia-Pacific bank. The role focuses on data integration, ETL/ELT design, and BI/analytics across GDW and Data Mart environments, using Teradata, Informatica, and a broad BI stack.

You will collaborate with global teams, implement robust data processing pipelines, and contribute to technology-driven banking operations across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in Data Warehouse / EDW development.
• Experience in Global Data Warehouse (GDW) and Data Mart environments.
• Experience with the listed data warehouse, ETL, database and BI platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain data integration solutions for Global Data Warehouse (GDW) and Data Mart environments.
• Work with Teradata IntelliFlex and Informatica Data Integration tools for data extraction, transformation and loading.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica BDM, IDQ and IDL.
• Work with Teradata components, including TD Studio, MDM, FSLDM, GCFR and Viewpoint.
• Perform database operations and data processing across AS400 DB2, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Work with data processing and analytics technologies, including Spark, HUE, Hive, Impala and Kafka.
• Support business intelligence and reporting solutions using Microsoft Business Intelligence, Qlik Sense, Power BI and Business Objects.
• Work with SAS, Microsoft R and Experian PowerCurve platforms.
• Use QuerySurge for data validation and testing activities.
• Support development and deployment activities using Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube and Aldon.
• Work with JIRA for project tracking and Control-M for job scheduling.
• Perform development and support activities across AS400, AIX, Linux and Windows environments.
