About The Role
As a Global Data Management Senior Manager in our brand new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to play a role in managing data accuracy and governance. You will design and construct Data Management Team with a global scope starting from scratch. You will play a pivotal role in managing our organization’s key data ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems and business areas. This will include designing master data strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, defining data requirements, establishing governance policies, and implementing best practices to support our business objectives and drive excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
In this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business including our Global functions teams in Netherlands & other parts of the world.
Our Regional Hub supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.
You will be joining a newly formed Shared Services Centre team, with opportunities to grow, within Data Management or wider Global IT team.
