Job description

Our client, isa global leading provider of equipment and services used in the final stages of semiconductor manufacturing. They are seeking for a Data Analyst – Global to be responsible for developing and maintaining data reports, dashboards, and analyses to support quality improvement initiatives, leveraging tools like Oracle, Power BI, and Excel while ensuring data accuracy and process transparency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data analyses and reports using Oracle and other relevant data sources, ensuring they are scalable and can be generated regularly.
  • Maintain, update, and enhance existing reports, dashboards, and analyses to ensure they are accurate and user-friendly.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations based on data analysis for the team and, where applicable, for other global quality teams.
  • Transition existing Excel-based analyses to Power BI, automating processes where beneficial.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and one-time analyses as requested.
  • Document all reports and analyses to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and traceability.
  • Continuously identify incorrect data entries in the Quality Module and collaborate with responsible owners to ensure corrections are made.
  • Regularly report systemic data entry issues to the manager to drive continuous improvement of Oracle’s Quality Module and related processes.
  • Provide additional support to the global team as needed.

Requirements

  • A technical degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably with hands-on experience using the Oracle Quality Module.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query), Power BI, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python or R are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing reports and dashboards is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong process understanding.
  • High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
