Jotun Paints (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Cybersecurity Consultant to protect business processes, information and assets from evolving threats. Based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, you will join the IT and Cybersecurity teams reporting to the Group IT Cybersecurity Manager.

You will handle incidents, support vulnerability management, contribute to penetration testing, and help maintain global security standards while collaborating across regions and time zones. Fluent English is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology or another relevant field.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT infrastructure and common security technologies.
• Experience with areas such as identity and access management, IT support, vulnerability management, endpoint security, network security, certificates, cloud security or security monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Handle, investigate and resolve cybersecurity incidents and service requests across Jotun’s global IT environment, with support from our 24/7 Security Operations Centre.
• Support vulnerability management activities, including vulnerability scanning and remediation follow-up.
• Contribute to penetration testing activities, security assessments and technical reviews of systems, applications and infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve cybersecurity standards, procedures, baselines and technical documentation.
• Support operation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity tools and services.
• Use scripting, automation and modern technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and strengthen cyber defence.
