Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with comfort in numbers and basic Excel analysis.
• Proactive, able to drive initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and multitasking under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in content creation and communication for campaigns.
• Help in monthly EDMs targeting Leisure Travellers and Business Payments.
• Identify and engage third-party content aligning with Overseas QR narratives.
• Develop country homepage blog content and optimize for SEO.
• Review in-app and social content for relevance to audiences.
• Plan WhatsApp blasts and targeted messaging for key markets.
• Monitor industry trends, track campaigns, and report insights.
• Support campaign material briefs, timelines, and brand guidelines.
